Restrict cases to account for censoring and changes in household composition #21

To ensure equal exposure between cases, restrict to those born >=5 years before survey date

For consistency of household composition, restrict cases to births within, say, 10 (or 8/7/6 etc) years of the survey date, assuming household composition within the past decade would be more similar to current composition

Tested <10 & >5, <8 & >5m <6 & >5 for NPData. See SensitivityAnalysesExposure.R and SensitivityAnalysesOutcome.R
