Create new household composition variable #4

Make a variable that categorises different kinds of households with multiple females of reproductive age. This would allow us to clearly separate between households with one reproductive mother, several reproductive mothers (with no birth within 2/5 years of other woman), and several reproductive mothers (with some birth within 2/5 years of other woman). Then we can explore/test for an effect of household structure.

Reconstruct variable to identify presence of other reproductively active women (e.g. ever-married and between the ages of 18 and 45) in the household of each index woman
