fix: try to fix #70 #71

  1. change this jumping into the one only for duiqt.github.io/herta_kuru
  2. remove some useless codes
  3. add PencilCore bilibili info
  4. support twitter url on avatar(default url is github for developer while twitter for designer)
  5. temporarily use herta.onrender.com as jumping link for main repo
  6. add bilibili icon for all credits, blue icon means having active bilibili account
  7. upd related urls on readme
