Basically cdnjs was powered by cloudflare it should be available all over the world. Here is the ping test from many location. cdnjs: image

With that result I think we should change the CDN.

We actually require additional investigation. The predominant traffic to our website originates from China, where the connection to Cloudflare is rather subpar. On the other hand, BootCDN is distributed within and around China. Please note that I am not disregarding users outside of China, but rather seeking a harmonious equilibrium that accommodates all users.
