Player is crashing upon joining server #4

The player had crashed with their usual modpack, then reinstalled and the same bug occured. Server console is throwing this error Exception occurred in netty pipeline io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException: null Not too sure as to what it means but gotta have smth to do with them not being able to join. When they remove the mod however, their game instead of just disconnecting them on join, instead their game fully crashes.
