When parsing the taxonomy, we should use 'Article Type' instead of 'Section'

Right now the K4 upload, it chooses taxonomy by the Section. That means that it will only pick 'News', 'Editorial', or 'Sports'. The XML files seem to contain an 'Article Type' tag that specifically gives the exact taxonomy of the article ('Sports - Tennis - Mens' instead of 'Sports').

Can we use Article Type instead, and fall back to the more generic Section if the specific taxonomy isn't found?
