Style revamp #317

This is a rewrite of a lot of jade and stylus. The main motivator was to use a grid and reusable container partials with their own style sheets to make creation of new pages easy. The look of the same is nearly the same (except for some changes to the header), since redesigning the site was not the goal of this. I'll need to write some documentation for proper use of the grid and align-groups at later later, undetermined point.
