Here are some details that I thought of for the photo webpages. Thanks guys!

Photoshelter currently makes slideshows and automatically puts the Chronicle logo on it. Our website should NOT have these logos -- the pictures displayed should look like the article photos
There should be a "Buy Photo" button (next to the Facebook and Twitter buttons) that takes to that picture on the Photoshelter website (that they can buy). When you go to shutter.dukechronicle.com right now and click on the picture, it takes you to Photoshelter.
Migrate tags from Tumblr (If possible, and the tags are pretty inconsistent, we might need to figure out some filters for this)
Migrate IPTC info from photoshelter (This is the image metadata, caption info, photo credit, etc)
Link the photographer name to the photog pages (each photo should have this info in Photoshop)
Automatically update slideshows by date on the multimedia bar (If possible???)
Tag: By department (Sports > [Football, Soccer, Volleyball, etc], News > [Local, National, University], Recess, Towerview, etc) --> these tags should be consistent with the sections on the website
Slideshows should have published date associated with them
Slideshows should have an option to be linked to articles

Yes. Sports can have up to 5 articles about one event.
