Newsletter Redesign #151

New format works. There is a change in the layout for the newsletter with new required fields, so those will need to be filled in. Need to check with real data since dummy article images don't work.

Is able to correctly change header from daily to breaking.

Also updated admin interface to make it more clear.

Can we get @cranberryofdoom to take a look at this? Also, what about Twitter/Facebook links in it?

there are links at the bottom. I can add them back at the top also if you want.
