Opinion Columnist List Overflow #169

I've noticed this happens a lot screen shot 2014-02-10 at 2 58 13 am

It generally fixes itself if I click on a few columnists

What behavior do we want here? Scrollable or for the list to run lower?

This happens when the number of articles is too low - what behavior do we want?

Thanks for pointing it out, I was going to file a bug for it but didn't do so out of laziness.

Have a fix - but somethings weird with master so Im gonna hold off on the PR till the meeting
