The shell provisioner script /puppet/init-puppet-docker-vagrant.sh does not exist, which generates an error with vagrant.

shell provisioner: 'path' for shell provisioner does not exist on the host system: /puppet/init-puppet-docker-vagrant.sh

@ascheman - as a workaround I commented out the missing file.
