style properties under WEB-INF/conferences/external-id

Why the difference internal vs. external id? In html5 (from init.json) there is only the external one - can we change this?

The HTML5 Frontend likes to get the resources as base64 encoded images (cf. dukecon/dukecon_html5#79).

Will drop the extra resources from webapp/WEB-INF/conferences/ and integrate it to conferences.yml
