8 years ago ... or someone outlines for me that using the agent and inspectIT doesn't impose AGPL on the profiled app ...

8 years ago Hi everyone, I am one of the core committers of inspectIT and led the migration to Open Source. Our intention to set the license to AGPLv3 was to ensure that inspectIT and all extensions thereof will always be an open tool for everybody.
Our plan was not to hinder anybody to use the tool. We are checking back with our legal advisor and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
In PR #1 inspectIT has been added.
The agent of inspectIT is now linked with the dukecon server's docker container.
The agent is AGPL licensed according to the attached file, that will require dukecon also to conform to the AGPL license.
As the AGPL license is incompatible with the dukecon's MIT license, I think we should not accept this pull request/branch without agreeing to another license with inpectIT.
