Pass launcher path as first argument to the ARM payload

These changes will let the ARM payload know what file it was loaded from.

Changes were tested on a 4.5.0-8E firmware with the following combinations:

• NATIVE_FIRM 4.1 + SPIDER 4.0
• NATIVE_FIRM 6.1 + SPIDER 5.0
• NATIVE_FIRM 9.0 + SPIDER 7.1
