I have seen you have published "digiCamControl Virtual Webcam". Unfortunately I can't register in the dcc forum (register button doesnt work), so I write in here again..
I'm very thankful for your program, as it does exactly what I have suggested in my post from 2017. However I noticed the output resolution in ddcVW is a bit worse than in the digiCam Control LV mode. I also read in the forum, that the CPU load is a bit high. Maybe it is helpful to suggest to have a look at Spout again?
Spout features the DirectShow SpoutCam interface and a more leight weight native Spout texture sharing in any resolution above fullHD for sending video textures from one program to another. Documentation is pretty straight forward and there are Spout plugins for many other applications like After Effects, OBS and many other live video applications.
Hey there, I found DigiCam to be a great tool for adjusting and previewing my cam. Thanks for this great tool!
I'd like to suggest to add "Spout" to the live cam feature. Spout is a video frame sharing system for Microsoft Windows. With this you could send the live view image from digicam to another program like vvvv, resolume, processing and other experimental video tools (To capture or mix the live view image stream with other videos sources).
