How to run this project? there isn't any manage.py file

Check the associated project Accountant, a concrete integration of the django-accounting application that you can deploy with one click to Heroku.

it has link to another Git repo with Heroku project, that one uses this package as part of it, it has manage.py and you can try to run it locally.
