Unable to unpublish records i.e.: ebe3460f-6224-48c5-8238-b3b803992c7f

Appears to only be affecting this record (ebe3460f-6224-48c5-8238-b3b803992c7f). publish status is getting changed when indexed.

indexed record is not being updated with correct status after a change.
