Image file not loading in image viewer and not downloading #296

Ex image: https://specialcollections.du.edu/object/736837ab-e4bc-42ce-96b2-e58116510622 - thumbnail appears, but image file does not load in image viewer (viewer "spins") and also won't download.

We've seen this not infrequently with other records/objects/files that were migrated rather than ingested in this iteration of the repository.

*This appears to have been a different issue and is resolved.

This whole collection: https://specialcollections.du.edu/object/bbf9ff30-b8d5-48a3-a45a-c8739ea9bf48. This one is recently ingested, and it ingested and rendered (what looked to be) correctly as it generated thumbnails, but the images don't render or download in the viewer, or in the back end.

incorrect file extension in index records.

.tif is damaged. - Will run through convert service again. - These are files that were stored on the network share for a long period of time.

Delivery file in DIP and Full AIP were not transferred to DuraCloud. Will re-ingest.

Is this an issue of Archivematica not getting what it needed to get into DuracCloud into Duracloud or a Duracloud issue? Or do we know?
