Allow uuids (object pids) to be used as a thumbnail value in the index #285

uuids can be used, as well as absolute uris to external resources. Differentiate between a uuid and a full uri. If uuid, construct a link to the frontend /datastream thumbnail route. If full uri, just fetch the resource
