A/V jwplayer option does not source from DuraCloud if Kaltura ID is not present #398

Enable this to work for objects that are missing kaltura ID (entry_id)

Is this also relevant to the question about how viewer deals with multiple digital object components for one archival object (specifically for mp4s?)

This is an update to check if an a/v file can be streamed from DuraCloud in the case of the kaltura id (entry_id) missing from the record
