Tangent lines to a parametric curves do not stick to the curve on sphere rotation #46

Steps to reproduce

Create a parametric curve
Select the tangent line tool
Select the parametric curve
Create tangent line(2) thru a point outside the curve
Rotate the sphere

Issue: tangent line(s) look separated from the curve
