Support for Attachments #134

This functionality would be similar to the image support released in v3.4.0 but would allow users to upload any file type after which a download URL would be added to the editor.

Another vote for this. Currently using Trilium but it is too much for my usage. Flatnotes looks perfect as I can paste images to it and do the full markup. Only thing missing is drag/drop of files to note (pdf, docx, etc ...).
