Korean translation, totally revised #21

Based on English translation, totally revised, because there was many missing or incorrect items. Also added 'Timezone', 'Stop', 'Login' which were never exists on any other translations. Maybe these weren't needed to be translated though.

Thanks for the translation update! I want to add a new window on the next release just just for this. Everytime i add new functions, there are new untranslated words. I want to automate the submission of new translations, so i can revise and publish them.
