New "Save Image" Preferences? #184

1) Would love to be able to designate a folder into which frame grabs get saved 
(as opposed to the default Desktop);

2) Would be nice to have the option to save those stills as JPEGs or PNGs, 
instead of only the latter;

3)  Would also be nice to have the option to always save those images at full 
resolution (1920x1080), even if the video is not being played back in Full 
Screen mode.
