On small screens, navigation should be a slide-in/slide-of. #187

As per facebook, slack and others, use a slide in/out navigation menu for mobile screens.

With the old layout, bootstrap gave us an easy way out with a hamburger button when on mobile. The button was removed due to new layout, but that also included the functionality.

We already use "off-canvas" which means this is probably mostly a regression bug because of the new layout.

To be able to use Emmy on a mobile unit would be very good!!
