Qbit support #11

Adding QBittorrent support leveraging the ctrl packages to broaden support for this repository.

Created QBittorrent client based on DelugeClient.
Created a generic interface for both clients to implement.
Added config setting to specify which client
Added config setting to provide username for bittorrent login
Updated README to include new config settings
Left existing config variables named with Deluge context for backwards compatibility with existing .env files

Not sure what to tell you because qbit (and others) are already implemented on the v3 branch. Have you read the latest release notes before working on this? I don't know what to do now because I already said in the latest release notes that this is the last version of v2 and even if I did merge this it would get replaced by v3 once #10 is solved
