[Feature Request] Universal/Global Fallback Profile #125

I'd like to make a pie-menu for when I'm not in any program that I've created profiles for. I did a quick (admittedly somewhat sloppy research) and found no way of doing this currently. Is this possible?

TLDR. In my case my universal pie-menu would have things like Sleep, Hibernate, Lock and system stuff like that. I'm not using Windows Explorer but instead Directory Opus so it would be wrong to bind things to Explorer.exe and in DOpus I want to have a program-specific pie-menu for that program.

To answer my own ridiculous question. It was possible already: Just create a profile without defining Profile Executable. (Sorry Beau.)
