[Feature Request] Add Program To Pie Menu From Right-Click Menu #99

I want to be able to right-click a program in File Explorer, select an option to add it to my pie menu, and then a GUI pops up letting me choose where to put it.

I am very hesitant to mess with shell menus.

Too many applications in my experience already cram shell menu options in the context menu and I don't want to add to that. If this gets enough attention or if you tell me I'm being a silly goose, I'll revisit this. Then the shell menu addition would be an option that would be disabled by default.
