Move static resources to digitalocean space with CDN for app and worker. Move cache storage to digitalocean space with CDN.

Both gist.dumber.app and cache.dumber.app are proxied by CloudFlare. cache.dumber.app has customised Page Rule "Cache everything" for the json contents.
