Report as Dashboard? #40

Would be kind of cool to have the report as exploreable dynamic dashboard listing the elements which have issues :)

So far one can use any lovelace card to visualise data provided by watchman sensors. I feel not so confident in frontend development, but will be happy to accept any contributions! :)

I believe that Watchman should integrate with the "Repairs" feature of Home Assistant: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/repairs/

No custom dashboard UI needed ;)
