action list: add "member option" for contacts (when viewing "by target" or "by actor") #66

should optionally show activities of associated actors
currently this option is only available for countries

to confirm: is this meant to add a "map option" that highlights countries on the country map according to activities of contacts that are associated with them? (quasi an "upstream" option in addition to the existing "downstream" option for groups/regions countries are member of)

this should be related to the action list views and likely a duplicate of 'list/table: optionally show activities as member on tab "by actor"' from https://github.com/dumparkltd/advocacy-tracker-client/issues/75#issuecomment-1215079493)

have added "as member/parent" option for orgs and contacts but not sure if it makes sense for contacts

also not sure if it makes sense to add a "as child" option
