Marking a note as spam does not seem to remove the status marked by this note #130

I note did mark a record as "I have received information that this person is 
alive"
I marked it as spam because this was inaccurate.
The note is not displayed anymore
but the status remained as "I have received information that this person is 
alive".

If this note was the last one to update the status, then the status should be 
changed back to the status of the previous note.
