Map missing in note UI #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Go to "status updates" for a person.
2.  Go to "last known location".
3.  Note that UI says "Type an address or open the map below and indicate the 
location by moving the pin."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: map should be visible.
Actual: no map visible.

Note that this only affects the GHC instance (codeathon.ghc-dev.appspot.com), 
because it's missing a map api key.  We will get an API key and update the 
instance... and then update instructions for how to get a key and add it to an 
instance so that maps will appears.
