we need a way for the landlord to add a rental property with the following fields

Villa - Usually free standing without adjoining walls. Retirement living - A community designed for older adults (typically 55 years or older) who are independently able to care for themselves. Studio - A unit or apartment where the kitchen, bedroom and living space are combined. farm land - A house on a farm. Usually more than 10 acres with the lease incorporating some farm work. Acreage Semi Rural - Usually less than 10 acres with a house on the property. Other - ellaborate

@Heathjmcdonough InsulationForm Ceiling conditions and other conditions should probably be a selectOneOption with a reason text? oy feels very strange to have it as a multiCheck like they do on the pdf

MultiCheck is better - some houses will have multiple different answers depending on how their house was built and when.
