[6.x] Runway v6

This pull request makes the necessary changes in Simple Commerce for compatibility with Runway v6.

More detail about the changes in Runway v6 will be available in the upgrade guide once it has been released.

Augmentation

Runway v6 changes the way augmentation works so it's more inline with how augmentation works in Statamic for entries/terms/etc (https://github.com/duncanmcclean/runway/pull/354).

This refactor fixes an outstanding bug on the Simple Commerce side due to relationships being fully augmented, rather than "shallow-ly" augmented.

Closes #927.

• [x] Call ->toAugmentedArray() on models instead of calling Runway method directly.
• [x] Use shallow augmentation for nesting on the Cart JSON endpoint
  • Fixes #927.

Blueprints

In Runway v6, you'll be able to manage the blueprints for Runway resources straight from the Control Panel (https://github.com/duncanmcclean/runway/pull/373). As part of this change, blueprint will move from resources/blueprints to resources/blueprints/vendor/runway.

• [x] Ensure sc:switch-to-database command moves blueprints to the correct path.

Namespace change

When Runway v6 is released, it'll be joining the Rad Pack. This means Runway's namespace will change from DoubleThreeDigital to StatamicRadPack.
