Overview configure button's popover misplaced #964

Description

When clicking on the "configure" button of the overview page, the popover opens on the top left corner of the page. Seems vue portal hasn't been used as the other popovers of the CP.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open overview page
  2. Click "configure" button on the top right of the page's content
  3. Witness
