Wireless gaming headset using a raspberry pi

There are so many options ?

It seems that raspberry pi runs pulseaudio out of the box... ? Is that the best ?

It seems that Raspberry Pi OS with desktop uses PulseAudio as the default audio server, but Raspberry Pi OS Lite isn't, it just uses ALSA.

By the way, why don't you just plug your headset into the headphone jack of your PC since you have a latency sensitive scenarios like gaming?
