Serial Wire Debug pins mapping #5

The Serial Wire Debug (SWD) pins are mapped to the same pins as the Motor controller. This makes it inconvenient to use the ST-Link device. The SWD pins should be remapped to the PMOD pins, or to debug dedicated pins.
