avoid race in doc generation #106

_build_docs is called 6 times - once for each file in bin

because of that, the old code was racy when using make -j which is the default in openSUSE package build

https://sourceforge.net/p/clusterssh/support-requests/55/ also has a less intrusive patch

Thanks for the patch - this has been fixed in version 4.13.2
