Tiling direction (non default) #40

I changed window_tiling_direction in the config file and now all the windows are piled on top of each other in the top left corner. Setting it back to default works.

On 4.03_06 on cygwin

From looking at the code I don't think this option is fully implemented. I could be wrong but I suspect you will need to add the maths to https://github.com/duncs/clusterssh/blob/master/lib/App/ClusterSSH.pm#L1068

I haven't actually tried it I should admit.
