make 'unique-servers' settable via config-file #70

i just recently discovered the --unique-servers cmdline flag (thanks. much appreciated), but now i wonder if it is possible to enable this flag globally (via ~/.clusterssh/config) and/or per-cluster.

This is fixed in the code and will be included in the next release
