Sometimes an action can only be taken during specific hours, e.g. normal business hours on a weekday, say to schedule an appointment. While you could technically use arbitrary tags to reach the desired results, it'd require you to establish your own system that works well with the current filtering logic and would likely be tedious.
I'd like to add the ability to specify specific days of the week and times of the day (separate from deadlines) in which an action is doable, automatically filtering them out from the suggested next actions when it's not the correct time and/or day for an action to be taken. This should help prevent "plugging" where an undoable action prevents someone from looking through other available actions to take (even though they could choose to cycle through new options, this is still added friction).
