I'm considering adding an additional optional location field. Leaving it empty would be assumed an action that can be done in most locations (e.g. on a smartphone). Users would be allowed to filter next actions by location to show next actions that are only doable either in that location or anywhere (i.e. filter out ones that can only be done in other locations).
In the future if I add geolocation functionality, I would look into automatically inferring locations and sending a user notification when detecting next actions doable in their location.
