Add dune-xt-common to extension modules on https://dune-project.org #28

There is a new list of DUNE modules at https://dune-project.org. There was a talk at the DUNE User Meeting, which is not yet online, about how to add your own module. Once the talk is online, we should follow the instructions to add dune-xt-common.
