In another PR we removed the suffix for the FCGIWrapper directive. It wasn't actually wrong, there was just a space missing, which was then interpreted as the file ending of the starter script.

Also, the directive FCGIWrapper has been renamed to FcgidWrapper at some point for Apache 2.0 and higher: https://httpd.apache.org/mod_fcgid/mod/mod_fcgid.html#upgrade
