feat(solana trading bots): add "bot" column to all trading bot spellbooks #6288

This PR adds the missing bot column to:

all solana trading bot spellbooks
the unified dex_solana.bot_trades spellbook

Without this column, the unified spellbook is pretty useless, since it's not possible to differentiate between the numerous bots that contribute to it

Tasks

[x] Add bot column to queries
[x] Add bot column to schemas
[x] Update seed files to include the bot column

also tagging @Hosuke since he had the initial idea to the dex_solana.bot_trades spellbook

will need a quick adaptation after https://github.com/duneanalytics/spellbook/pull/6276 and https://github.com/duneanalytics/spellbook/pull/6275 are merged to add the bot column there as well
