We can use different user settings to create different privacy levels so the training work isn't totally open and build in discussions of privacy, data, inclusion. I love this idea! AFAIK, Discourse is equipped to do that. That way, we can have more conversations around the training courses too. I'll add this to the report.
@jgmac1106 @dunebuggie this sounds interesting and would love to explore this possibility because it would help us to have more integration. Do you have any examples of Trainings done on Discourse? I would love to see how this looks like.
@jgmac1106 @dunebuggie @Carotejada I'm looking at some similar questions around tools for collaboration for the project I've been working on https://github.com/dbild/teen-open-leadership/issues/2 and https://github.com/dbild/teen-open-leadership/issues/7 I'm specifically looking at collaborative tools for teens that are working on non-code related projects. I'm still learning github (so my repo probably makes little sense). Commenting to here to connect (@Carotejada I saw your project too https://github.com/Carotejada/Maker-Spaces-para-pequenas-industrias/issues/3 )
Hey @dbild! Glad to know you are digging around the same topic. Thanks for sharing those lists! Just started following your Thread.
It's messy but if you wanted an easy bump an engagement take all the training guides off of Teachable and move them to Discourse.

I always thought that self-directed course work is "un-webby" and a lost opportunity to model story telling.
If we forked the training into asynchronous categories we could greater interaction. Over time as clubs get encouraged to develop their own web presence we transition into syndicating links.
