Update Travis configuration #56

Add new PHP versons to the matrix
Test new versions of Symfony
Fix unbound PHP and standardise composer.json (Closes https://github.com/dunglas/DunglasActionBundle/pull/51)
Add a test against lower deps
Add PHPUnit to the dev deps (as it executes code, it should go under Composer deps resolution)
Remove unneeded composer self-update (Travis now do it in each build)

@dunglas RFR. I'm not sure if the failing tests should be handled here, the problem has not been introduced, but rather has been shown by a better test matrix.

Can you fix the minimal version of SensioExtraBundle too?

@dunglas seems like ^3.0.10 is good enough, do you want to try to get the lowest or it's good enough?
