Please update the installation documentation saying which distribution to use.
There you say to use openjdk-8-jre, but current stable distributions use openjdk-11-jre.
Will it work anyway with openjdk-11-jre?
If possible, the ideal would be to have a version in docker with the pod, the web client, and everything he need.
In this way, its use could spread very quickly, due to the ease of installation.
