Since Chrome (and some other Browsers too) is blocking HTTP Request when the Site was loaded over HTTPS, most Users can't use the GitHub Hosted Page without allowing Chrome to use the Unsafe Scripts. This can be done with clicking on this Shield: Shield I think I know how to fix this (by hosting the Page myself and disabled SSL).
